illness, or to fill a position until a
permanent employee is hired.
Temporary
to Permanent/Direct Hire: Placement of an
employee in a "temp-to-hire"
position allows companies the opportunity
to evaluate job performance before
actually hiring. EXTRAhelp Staffing
conducts the recruitment process, and once
selected, the employee begins the job, but
remains on EXTRAhelp Staffing's payroll.
After a 480-hour evaluation period, the
company may hire the employee directly
with only a $500 dollar transfer fee!
Permanent
Recruitment: EXTRAhelp
Staffing places advertisements for
specific positions, conducts interviews,
tests, checks references and screens
applicants. The final selection is made by
the company itself.
Skills
Training and Testing: Using advanced
online testing and training methods,
employees are evaluated and educated on a
variety of software packages including
industry standard Microsoft applications
including but not limited to Office and
Windows operating
systems. For our industrial employees, we
